Official Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility & Entry Restrictions

• No Purchase Necessary: No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter or win this giveaway.

• Age & Residency: Entrants must be at least 21 years of age at the time of entry (due to alcohol consumption included in the prize) and must be legal residents of the United States.

• Void Where Prohibited: This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and is void where prohibited. Employees of The Little Farm, The Lucky Table, The Goat & Co., We Are Bloom Design and any associated vendors, as well as their immediate family members, are ineligible.

2. The Prize & Limitations

The Grand Prize consists of a micro-wedding for up to twenty (20) total people (including the wedding couple). The package strictly includes:

• Use of the designated garden and patio venue space for a duration of 6 hours.

• Event planning, decor, and custom event design by The Lucky Table.

• One (1) bridal bouquet and six centerpiece floral arrangements.

• Appetizers provided by The Goat & Co.

• A single champagne toast for guests aged 21+.

• 8 hours of shooting time on your wedding day, with 30+ high resolution sneak peek images delivered within 48 hours of your big day; with a full gallery of 200+ downloadable images within 4 weeks of your wedding day.

• Exclusions: The prize does not include guest lodging, ferry/travel expenses, videography, marriage licensing fees, off-menu food/beverage requests, or any other items not explicitly listed above.

• No Cash Value: The prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or substituted for other services.

3. Date Selection & Availability

• Blackout Dates: The wedding date must be selected based on the mutual availability of the venue, The Lucky Table, and The Goat & Co. and We Are Bloom Design

• Expiration: The prize must be fully redeemed and the wedding executed by September 6, 2026. If the winner fails to book a mutually agreed-upon date within this timeframe, the prize will be forfeited.

• Cancellation: If a date is selected and held by vendors for the winners, the winners will be subject to a cancellation fee, based on cancellation date

4. Media & Publicity Release

By entering this giveaway, the winning couple grants The Lucky Table and its partners an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and publish their names, likenesses, love stories, and any photographs or videos captured during the wedding event for promotional, marketing, and portfolio purposes across all media platforms (website, social media, print, etc.). The winner agrees to ensure their 20 guests sign a standard media release prior to the event if requested.

5. Liability, Food, & Alcohol Release

• Indemnification: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to indemnify, release, and hold harmless The Lucky Table, The Goat & Co., and the property owners of the venue from any and all liability, injuries, losses, damages, or claims of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of the prize, or participation in the wedding event.

• Food Allergies: Dietary restrictions must be communicated to The Goat & Co. in advance. Host and vendors are not liable for undisclosed allergic reactions.

• Alcohol Consumption: Alcohol will strictly be served to guests aged 21 and older with valid identification. The vendors reserve the right to cease alcohol service to any guest displaying signs of intoxication.

6. Force Majeure & Island Travel Disclaimers

The Lucky Table and associated vendors are not responsible or liable for any delays, cancellations, or inability to perform duties due to acts of God, severe weather, state or local emergencies, pandemic-related restrictions, or Pacific Northwest transportation failures (including, but not limited to, Washington State Ferry delays, cancellations, or capacity issues). In the event of a Force Majeure, the vendors will make a good-faith effort to reschedule, but cannot guarantee identical services or dates.

7. Tax Obligations

• IRS Reporting: The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with prize acceptance. The retail value of this package exceeds $600.

• W-9 Requirement: Prior to official prize confirmation and date booking, the winner must provide The Lucky Table with a completed IRS Form W-9, including their Social Security Number, so that an IRS Form 1099-MISC can be issued for the tax year in which the wedding takes place. Refusal to provide a W-9 will result in immediate forfeiture of the prize.

8. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be selected based on a random drawing on July 17th at 12pm.

• The winner will be notified via email and Instagram. If the selected winner does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours of the initial notification attempt, or fails to meet the eligibility requirements, an alternative winner will be selected.
