Frequently Asked Questions

  • Our packages are priced for 2-4 guests, but we can add on up to 20 guests total for an additional per person fee.

  • We can certainly plan for a certain color scheme with our table linens, but living on an island with seasonal access to fresh florals, we can try our best to match specific requests but cannot guarantee a certain flower type or color.

  • We can set up in one of the public parks on Orcas, in private residences’ yards, balconies or inside your short term rental or home.

  • We can certainly set up an indoor picnic, based on the size available. For anything in a room smaller than 13x13’, we would only be able to accommodate 2 guests.

  • We can certainly set up inside, add on a bubble tent rental or switch to a new date! If you have to cancel based on day-of weather, we will charge only anything we had to special order for your set-up such as specific flowers, a special color napkin etc.

  • We take a 50% deposit at time of booking, with the remaining 50% due 7 days before your arrival. We also send over a contract that is due at time of booking to hold your date.

  • Nothing! Just show up and enjoy, then leave when you’re done!
